Wednesday, August 28, 2013 marked the 50th anniversary of the historic March on Washington, one of the largest political rallies in US history. Organized by a group of civil rights, labor, and religious organizations, the March was where Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his a "I Have a Dream" speech. From 1:30 to 2:30 pm on August 28, KHOI broadcast an hour-long audio collage of King and the events that shaped his life and death, produced by Dred-Scott Keyes of WBAI-Pacifica.
