Hannukah, Christmas Market, Animal Accident

Following the weekly news roundup from the Iowa Informer, Sally LaPan and John Pleasants of the Ames Jewish Congregation  gave us explanation of Hannukah, which will start tomorrowDecember 12.  Next came a visit to the the North Grand Indoor Mall. Organizers of the Christmas Market. Dick De Moss and Leatha De Moss described the importance of bees to the foods they grow before we interviewed vendors at a couple of the more colorful  booths.  Keith Morgan, Story County Emergency Management Coordinator, with Dr. Locke Karrier and Justin Brown, from the ISU Vet Medicine Department, described how they handled the accident when a hog trailer rolled onto its side while negotiating the I-35 to HWY 30 EB exit.
