Two men seeking the Republican nomination for Story County Attorney told why voters should support them on Friday’s (May 30) Local Talk Show. Stephen Howell said he feels his knowledge and years of experience set him apart from his primary opponent, Tyler Eason. Howell currently operates his own law firm, focusing on business law and banking regulatory compliance. Eason is a former Assistant Story County Attorney who currently works as a contract counsel for WebFilings. The winner of Tuesday’s primary election will go on to face the incumbent Story County Attorney Stephen Holmes in the general election in November.
